Learn to prepare our Chicken Soup With Glutinous Rice Shapes!
Chicken, minced |
Chye Sim, cut into bite-sized pieces |
Small tomato, cut into cubes |
Chicken stock * |
Button mushrooms, cut into cubes |
Pepper |
Baby corn, cut into cubes |
Sesame oil * |
Light soy sauce * |
Corn flour |
Pepper |

Glutinous rice flour |
Water |
Mix flour with water and knead it into soft dough. Shape the dough into small shapes/balls |
* Choose products with the Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS)
Mix minced chicken with marinade and shape into shapes/balls. Keep aside.
Boil chicken stock in pot.
Add minced chicken balls, button mushrooms, baby corn, Chye Sim, tomatoes and glutinous rice shapes/balls. Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat once rice shapes and chicken balls float to the surface.
Season with pepper and sesame oil. Serve hot.
