The H-Team consists of six enthusiastic health ambassadors who aim to educate and inspire children to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Together, the team aspires to lead every child on exploratory learning journeys that will help inculcate healthy habits in them.

Eric is crazy about soccer and knows that nutrition is important for his body.
He believes in eating a balanced diet. Fruits and vegetables are his favourites.
He has also taken a liking for whole-grain foods such as wholemeal bread recently.

Amber is an energetic girl who believes that being active will help her stay fit and healthy.
She sets aside 60 minutes a day to engage in physical activities.
Her favourite sport is rollerblading.
She achieves the 60-minute target by accumulating short periods of 10-15 minutes.

Colin enjoys outdoor sports like body boarding.
His pet phrase is “Yes, I can!”
He is not afraid of failures and takes on challenges positively.

He has good eyesight and is able to spot birds from far away.
He likes to go bird-watching outdoors and practices good eye-care habits.
Betty loves to smile and thinks that it is important to take good care of her teeth.
She loves to drink milk and makes it a habit to brush her teeth regularly twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before she sleeps.
