Health Promoting Malls
The Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge 2024 (“Challenge”) is organised by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) to encourage individuals to make healthier choices when purchasing meals, drinks, desserts, or groceries. With every qualifying item purchased, you will be able to earn digital stamps and Healthpoints which can be redeemed for rewards thereafter.
The Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge 2024 starts from 1 January 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024.
Participants must hold a valid Healthy 365 account and be at least 17 years old to be eligible to join the Challenge, based on the calendar year.

Restrictions on prize eligibility are applicable to the following group of participants:

  • employees and/or immediate family members (referring to the spouse, children, parents and/or siblings of such employees) of HPB;
  • all employees of any HPB appointed vendor who are directly or indirectly involved in the Challenge (“HPB Vendors”);
  • employees of subcontractors of HPB Vendors who are directly involved in the Challenge, and/or
  • all employees of HPB’s supporting brands for the Challenge.

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions listed on EatDrinkShopHealthy.gov.sg for more information.
To withdraw from the challenge, you may contact our Health Promotion Board hotline at 1800 223 1313 or email to hpb_mailbox@hpb.gov.sg for assistance. Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
After joining the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge 2024 on the Healthy 365 app, you may visit any of the supporting outlets to purchase qualifying Food, Drink, Dessert or Grocery items.

For each qualifying item purchased from a supporting outlet, a QR Receipt or QR Ticket will be issued. Scan the QR Receipt or QR Ticket with your Healthy 365 app to earn your digital stamps and Healthpoints for your Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge 2024 Passport.

For qualifying items purchased from participating hawker centres, you may redeem your QR Ticket with your coupon at the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy event booth. Please refer to question 33 and 34 for more information on qualifying purchases from hawker centres.

Your weekly stamp progress for Food, Drink and Groceries will be captured within your Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge 2024 Passport as you progress through the Challenge.

For every qualifying item purchased, you will receive either a QR Receipt or QR Ticket. Both the QR Receipt and QR Ticket serve the same purpose of crediting the eligible digital stamps and Healthpoints into your account upon scanning.

Refer to the table for more details:

How is it issued? QR code is printed directly on the receipt.

The single QR code on the QR Receipt would contain all the healthpoints corresponding to total of qualifying items in your purchase upon scanning.

Participant to request from the cashier when purchasing a qualifying item at a supporting outlet.
A separate ticket slip containing the QR code that complements your receipts.

Each QR Ticket contains the healthpoints for one qualifying item purchased. If you had purchased 2 items, you should receive 2 QR Tickets.

Participant to request from the cashier when purchasing a qualifying item at a supporting outlet.
After logging into your Healthy 365 app, the scanner can be located at the bottom of the screen. Click on the “Scan” icon to proceed.

You may take a picture or screenshot of your QR Receipt or QR Ticket and upload the image on your Healthy 365 app for it to be processed.

To do so, launch your scanner on the Healthy 365 app and tap on the “image” icon at the top right-hand corner. You will be directed to your phone’s image library thereafter to make a selection.

We highly encourage all QR Receipts and QR Tickets to be scanned immediately upon purchase.

QR Receipts and QR Tickets expire by the end of the next calendar day from the purchase date. (Eg. If the purchase was made on 1 January 2024, the QR code will expire by 2 Jan 2024, 2359 hours).

Once expired, the QR Receipts and QR Tickets are voided and do not qualify for reimbursements.
Every QR Receipt or QR Ticket can only be scanned once, regardless of the scanning outcome; if digital stamps and Healthpoints were successfully credited or if digital stamps and Healthpoints were not credited due to reasons such as hitting the weekly limit or other technical issues.

If you have scanned a QR Receipt or QR Ticket after meeting the weekly limit, it is deemed as redeemed and no longer valid. As such, the QR Receipt or QR Ticket is not eligible for reimbursement or transfer to another participant.

For digital stamps and Healthpoints that were not issued due to technical issues, you may contact our customer service team at HPB_Mailbox@hpb.gov.sg or 1800 223 1313 within 7 calendar days from the purchase date for further assistance. Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
QR Receipts will be issued at cashier counters and self-checkout counters in-stores, excluding the following transactions:

  • FairPrice, Unity and Kopitiam transactions paid via the FairPrice Group app at the cashier counters, self-checkout counters or via Scan & Go, if your Healthy 365 app is linked to your FairPrice Group app. You may refer to Question 20 on how the eligible digital stamps and Healthpoints will be directly credited to your Healthy 365 account for linked apps.
  • Transactions made at self-checkout machines where you have opted for no receipt and HPB QR code to be printed.
  • Orders made from self-ordering kiosks, Scan & Go (where your Healthy 365 app is not linked to FairPrice Group app) and third-party delivery services inclusive of self-collection orders, subject to outlet’s discretion.

For outlets issuing QR Tickets, QR Tickets will be issued for purchases made from cashier counters only and not applicable for orders placed via online websites, mobile apps and/or third-party delivery platforms (inclusive of self-collection orders). Subject to the outlet’s discretion.

“Wins-Days” are selected days during the Challenge in which purchases from the featured outlets or supporting online partners would grant you multiplied Healthpoints for each stamp you have successfully earned.

The Wins-Days multiplier only applies to the baseline points for each category and does not apply to the additional bonus reward Healthpoints that you have earned.

To view latest Wins-Days, refer to EatDrinkShopHealthy.gov.sg.
As you progress through the Challenge and clock your progress on the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge Passport, there are selected positions on the Passport which might grant you additional rewards on top of the baseline Healthpoints for each stamp.

These stamp positions are marked with the reward icon on the Passport and the rewards you can stand to win includes prizes, e-vouchers, bonus Healthpoints or a health tip. The rewards will vary across different stamp positions.

To identify the rewards that you can stand to win, tap on the digital stamps with the reward icon to view the list. If there are more than one reward listed, you will win one of the rewards on a randomised basis.

For offline purchases, a summary of the rewards you have earned from the scan will be reflected on the app screen upon scanning the QR Receipt or QR Ticket.
