From 18 Sep 2024, all National Steps Challenge™ Customer Care Centres and in-person support services will cease operations.

If you face HPB fitness tracker related issues, these step-by-step guides may be able to help. Alternatively, you could email HPB_Mailbox@hpb.gov.sg or call the customer care hotline at 1800 223 1313* (Mon - Fri, 8am-6pm, excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

HPB fitness tracker collection and/or exchange will still be available at HPB appointed centres. Please continue to book your appointment through the Healthy 365 app for these services. You can also collect HPB fitness trackers from vending machines conveniently located across the island - more details will be shared soon.
