^For Healthier SG (HSG)-enrolled Singapore Citizens, nationally-recommended screening under Screen for Life will be fully subsidised at their enrolled HSG clinic. You can check with your enrolled HSG clinic when your recommended screening is due.

GO FOR HEALTH SCREENING IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
STEP 1
Find out which screening tests you are due for by logging in with your Singpass here.
STEP 2
Locate your nearest CHAS GP Clinics and make an appointment with your preferred clinic.

STEP 3
Bring along your NRIC and/or CHAS/MG/PG Card (if applicable) on the day of your health screening to receive the subsidised rate.
You are strongly recommended to call ahead of your appointment to check with your preferred CHAS GP clinic for any other instructions.
If your screening results are normal, you may continue to go for health screening within the recommended frequency. If you have been diagnosed with chronic condition(s), please continue to follow up with your doctor to ensure your condition is monitored regularly.
For Permanent Residents, please check with your preferred CHAS GP clinic on the screening test rates offered under the Screen for Life programme. The prevailing doctor’s consultation will be charged accordingly by the respective CHAS GP clinics.
