HPB Fitnesstracker - Keep track of your health and fitness goals!

Anyone fulfilling all of these criteria is eligible for a HPB fitness tracker:

    Singaporean or Permanent Resident of Singapore

  2. tick-icon

    17 years or older

  3. tick-icon

    Not an existing participant of LumiHealth

  4. tick-icon

    Did not collect a HPB fitness tracker previously*

*Exceptions apply.

Check your HPB fitness tracker collection eligibility by following these simple steps:

Download or launch the latest version of the Healthy 365 app.

Step 2

Step 2

Tap “HPB Fitness Tracker” > “Collect a new HPB Fitness Tracker”.

• If you are eligible to collect a HPB fitness tracker, you will be able to select your collection method.

• If not, you cannot proceed further.

Step 1:
Open your Healthy 365 app and under “Quick Links”, tap on “HPB Fitness Tracker”.

Step 2:
Select “Collect a new HPB Fitness Tracker”.

You are strongly encouraged to exercise discretion when embarking on higher intensity physical activities. Please complete the health declaration on the Healthy 365 app and ensure you are in good fitness condition before attempting MVPA. If you have an existing heart condition or any other illness and/or injury, please consult a doctor prior to your participation.

Please go through the Get Active Questionnaire (GAQ) before embarking on the challenges.
