Clock at least 150 minutes of Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity
(MVPA) weekly
to improve your heart health and
lower your risk of chronic illness.
MVPA refers to any activity that causes a
noticeable increase in your breathing and
heart rate. It
encompasses a wide range of physical exercises that vary in intensity
and offer significant health benefits.
You need
to do at least 10 minutes of MVPA continuously per session in order
for your MVPA minutes to be clocked.
Knowing the intensity of your activities and how they
contribute to your overall health
is crucial in crafting a
balanced exercise regimen. You can monitor your heart rate to
identify which intensity level your workout
falls under.
Maximum Heart rate = 220 - Your Age
Your % = current
heart rate/maximum heart rate x 100
Light
57% - 63%
Medium
64% - 75%
Vigorous
76% - 95%

Track your sleep duration to check if you are getting sufficient rest,
prioritising having at least 7 hours of sleep every
day.
Getting enough sleep gives you a clearer mind,
improved health and a better mood.

*HPB fitness trackers are programmed to capture sleep duration from
12 pm to 11.59 am the following day
and will
only record if there are at least 2 consecutive hours of sleep clocked.
Do note that sleep duration will not be shown on
HPB fitness trackers. To view your sleep records,
ensure that your HPB fitness tracker is synced
to the Healthy 365 app.
Track your blood oxygen (SpO2) levels to monitor your health
and ensure
that you are within the healthy range
of 95%-100% (some people may
have lower oxygen
levels).
SpO2 is a measure of oxygen saturation that indicates the
level of oxygen
present in your blood. Any level
below 94% is considered low and you
should consult a doctor if you are concerned
about your readings.
Some people may have lower-than-normal readings, such as smokers
or people with pre-existing lung or other medical
conditions. HPB fitness
tracker readings may also be
inaccurate, due to reasons such as
trembling or shaking
hands, incorrect positioning of HPB fitness tracker
on the
wrist or poor skin contact.
To find out more on how to measure your SpO2 levels, click here.
You are strongly encouraged to exercise discretion when embarking on higher intensity physical activities. Please complete the health declaration on the Healthy 365 app and ensure you are in good fitness condition before attempting MVPA. If you have an existing heart condition or any other illness and/or injury, please consult a doctor prior to your participation.
lease go through the Get Active Questionnaire (GAQ) before embarking on the challenges.

We have temporarily run out of HPB fitness trackers following the launch of vending machines for collections. We are heartened by the very positive response of our Healthy 365 participants to this new way of collecting HPB fitness trackers, and are actively working to restock our vending machines and HPB appointed centres by mid-January 2025.
In the meantime, we encourage participants to continue tracking their daily activities using their current HPB fitness trackers or other fitness devices compatible with the Healthy 365 app. Please note that all scheduled appointments at HPB appointed centres will still proceed as planned. You can also continue to book appointments for HPB fitness tracker exchanges via the Healthy 365 app. For more information, please visit here.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
