You are eligible for a 1-for-1 HPB fitness tracker exchange if you have a faulty HPB fitness tracker and it is within the 1-year warranty period*.

To check the warranty period of your HPB fitness tracker, launch your Healthy 365 app and go to “Profile” > “My Fitness Tracker”.

Make an appointment via Healthy 365 app to do a 1-for-1 exchange at the following HPB appointed centres:

*All HPB fitness trackers have a warranty period of 1 year from the collection date and 1-to-1 exchange of faulty HPB fitness trackers will be subject to assessment. Warranties for HPB fitness trackers are only guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects and do not cover straps, wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse and damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product use. Decreased battery life due to constant over charging, scratches, breakage, and screen cracks shall not be covered. Please refer to the user guide provided in the HPB fitness tracker box for the full information.
