WHAT
Join the ‘2023 Bounce Party’ and be rewarded when you stay active. Get in the groove and clock more moves to stand a chance to win attractive Lucky Draw prizes! Choose from 18 trampoline sessions onsite and concurrent virtual workouts, catered to participants of all levels of fitness. For additional fun, each session is even themed to a specific era and genre of music!

WHO CAN JOIN
Anyone who meets the following criteria:
- Residing in Singapore with a valid NRIC or FIN
- Aged 17 years old and above (based on birth year) at the point of registration. Please note that eligible persons who are below 17 years of age must obtain parental consent before participating in the challenge
While ‘2023 Bounce Party’ is open for all to join, only National Steps Challenge™ Corporate Challenge participants are eligible for rewards.
WHAT
Join ‘The Downtown Word Hunt’ to solve a riddle and clock at least 70,000 steps over 14 days, to be rewarded with exciting prizes.
- Walk around the Downtown Core to look for posters with hidden letters within the following buildings:
Ocean Financial Centre, Collyer Quay Centre, Frasers Tower, DUO Galleria and Odeon Towers. - Solve the riddle by assembling the hidden letters (between ‘A’ to ‘Z’) together.

Join ‘Step It Up July! Challenge’ to earn SUPer points and lucky draw chances. Participate in each day’s activity and sync at least 10,000 steps on the same day to earn 1 SUPer point.
Activities
- Monday to Thursday “Boost Sweat Out with the Stars” – join virtual workout
sessions with celebrity fitness instructors. - Friday to Sunday “Freestyle Quiz” – correctly answer the health quiz of the day.
