How do I view and access my child’s Health Plan?

Your child’s Health Plan is available on HealthHub. You may refer to this video for a step-by-step guide on how to retrieve your child’s health records in HealthHub.

How often will my child’s Health Plan be reviewed?

Your child’s Health Plan will be reviewed annually during the School Health visit. If your child has follow-up appointments (e.g., at HPB’s Student Health Centre or with Health Coaches), the Health Plan may also be reviewed during those visits.

Do I need to pay for my child’s Health Plan?

No, there are no fees or costs for your child's Health Plan. However, costs may arise if your child is referred to our School Health Centre for further assessment following the results of their screening.
