Bahan-bahan

  • 3g bunga telang kering
  • 40g daun pudina
  • 20g gula pasir
  • 120ml jus limau nipis
  • 650ml air panas
  • 400g kiub ais

Hiasan

  • 30g daun pudina
  • 4 keping hirisan limau nipis

Cara-cara

  • Langkah 1: Masukkan bunga telang kering, daun pudina dan gula pasir ke dalam mangkuk. Tuangkan air panas dan biarkan direndam selama 10 minit, kemudian tapis.
  • Langkah 2: Masukkan kiub ais ke dalam jag.
  • Langkah 3: Tuangkan air bunga telang yang sudah ditapis.
  • Langkah 4: Hidangkan ke dalam gelas berasingan, kemudian tambahkan 2 atau 3 sudu makan jus limau dalam setiap gelas. Minuman akan bertukar kepada warna ungu.
  • Langkah 5: Hias dengan hirisan limau nipis dan daun pudina.
